Design and construction of a duplex with two different layouts at a corner block location. Construction stage lasted 10 months for this project.

This is a development project managed by MNA Construction from day one to completion. From choice of land, finance arrangement, legal procedures, structure and interior design, approval, construction, landscaping, marketing, occupancy permit to property sales.

This house has been invited to participate in a TV show named “Australia’s Best House” presenting on Channel Nine.
