We delivered a major residential rennovation of the residential project at this site, commencing with partial demolition of the original dwelling and retaining only two existing walls. From this starting point, we progressed the project through structural works and extensive alterations and additions, transforming the property into a contemporary beach style home tailored to the client’s design vision.

The scope of works included new structural construction, high quality internal finishes, and a complete landscaping package to enhance both the functionality and presentation of the home.
