We undertook a comprehensive heritage renovation of this residential property with over 100 years of history, involving both alterations and additions to revitalise the home while preserving its original character and architectural features. The property sits on a substantial 4,371 sqm parcel of land, which presented both opportunities and complexities in staging works, access, and future proofing the site.

The scope of works included internal alterations and additions, flooring upgrades, repainting, and general refurbishment to modernise the interior while remaining sympathetic to the home’s heritage value.

Throughout the project, we maintained close communication with the homeowner and design consultants to ensure all works aligned with heritage requirements and design intent. Given the age and condition of the property, careful planning and attention to detail were required to manage unforeseen issues commonly encountered in heritage renovations.
