Design and construction of a duplex with a unique structure offering high efficiency rating and disability facilities.

The owners of this project are an Engineer specialized in ventilation system and a General Practitioner. They had special requests on a well-designed structure of the duplex offering great ventilation to the house and also disability facilities which may offer great help to people with special needs.

We built this duplex during Covid, experiencing a complete lock down period in Sydney. From demolition to handover took us 12 months.
